Cosecha Guadalupe Farmers' Market - Coming soon!

Experience the best of our community at our upcoming farmers' market to be held every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at beautiful Leroy Park (4689 11th St, Guadalupe, CA). 

This vibrant, family-friendly gathering will bring together generations of neighbors to enjoy seasonal, locally grown produce, delicious prepared foods, and unique handmade crafts from regional artisans. 

The Cosecha Guadalupe Farmers' Market Committee is seeking Certified Producer organic farmers, Cottage B vendors, local artisan vendors and organizations interested in attending the market.  Potential vendors must complete a vendor application, and turn in required paperwork. Vendor Information & Requirements


Vendor Category Fee Structure Required Documentation & Rules
Certified Ag Produce 5% of sales + $2 fee Must attach Certified Producers Certificate, Nursery License, or Health/Environmental permits.
Non-Certified Ag Produce $30 flat fee per market Must attach all relevant local health and environmental permits. Non-certified producers pay a flat fee per market.
Artisan / Craft $30 flat fee per market Must have a valid seller’s permit. Selected first for regular special craft markets.
Nonprofit Booth $0 to $15 $15 with sales, $5 for info booth, $0 for interactive free activities. Must provide nonprofit tax ID.
Mobile Food Facility Refer to Manager Food trucks/coffee/hot dog carts. Must hold an SBC Office of Environmental Health permit and a Guadalupe city business license.
Prepared / Hot Foods Restrictions Apply Not accepted from home kitchens. Must use an SBC Permitted Commercial Kitchen with a commissary agreement, or purchase a special event permit for every market day.

Key Market Rules & Operations

Market Schedule & Set-Up Arrival is strictly between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell 10 minutes prior to the 10:00 AM opening.

Attendance & Absences Sales may not begin before 9:30 AM. If you must be absent, you are required to notify the Market Manager by 9:30 AM on the day of the market.
🚗
Early Departure Policy Early breakdown is only permitted if you completely sell out of product, and only if tearing down does not disrupt foot traffic or compromise public safety.
⚡
Equipment & Electricity No grid electricity is supplied; vendors must bring their own power and heavy canopy weights. Displays must remain fully within your assigned boundary line.

Cleanliness & Displays All produce displays must be elevated at least 6 inches off the ground. You are responsible for packing out all booth garbage and debris at checkout.
🚫
Strictly Prohibited Smoking, alcohol sales/consumption, weapons, loud hawking, and non-service animals are entirely banned from the market square grounds.
