1. Donations

All donations made to Guadalupe Business Association are considered irrevocable, non-refundable, and final. As a registered nonprofit entity, our operational budgets rely on these stable contributions to fulfill our mission.

2. Memberships

Except as expressly stated below, all membership dues and subscription fees are non-refundable upon payment. Memberships will remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

3. Administrative & Billing Errors

We recognize that mistakes can happen. Guadalupe Business Association will review and consider refund requests strictly under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate processing or clear technical glitches resulting in an unintended double-charge.

• Demonstrable data-entry typographical errors regarding the intended transaction amount.

To request an adjustment for a billing error, please contact us at randy.altergott@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Approved adjustments will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used.
